Bhavinaben Patel is an Indian parathlete and table tennis player from Mehsana, Gujarat. She won a silver medal in Table tennis at the 2020 Summer Paralympics in Tokyo.
I met Bhavinaben when Gujarat’s Chief Minister, Bhupendra Patel, felicitated women who have achieved in various fields in the “Narayani Namostute” program organized at the residence of the Chief Minister in Gandhinagar.
To be true, My meeting with her was extraordinary. I remember that day when she won the silver medal. I shared it on my Instagram and never thought that I would get such an opportunity to meet her.
We talked for more than 20minutes. She shared her professional and personal experience graciously. Such a humble and down-to-earth woman she is. I don’t have enough words to describe that meeting.
I tried to convince her for skydiving.
